AI explains

Ask about your lab results

You don’t have to upload files to a chatbot and explain everything from scratch each time. Selera connects your lab results, doctors’ reports and personal notes.

Why has my cholesterol risen for three years?
Selera

Your LDL rose from 2.9 to 3.4 mmol/L.

Lipid panels · 2023–2026

In your note, you mentioned that since 2024 you have been less active and gained 7 kg. These changes may be contributing to the rise in cholesterol.

Your note · September 2026

Your record also mentions hypertension. It is worth asking your cardiologist: “What LDL level should I aim for, and should we check for other possible causes of the rise?”

Before you start

How much does Selera cost?

All Selera features are free during the beta, including document extraction, AI explanations and doctor summaries. After the beta, Selera will use a freemium model: document storage and managing your health history will stay free, while AI features will be paid. We will publish prices and terms before payments begin.

Which documents can I add?

PDFs, photos and screenshots in JPEG, PNG or WebP format: lab results, doctors’ reports, hospital discharge summaries, scan and examination reports, and prescriptions. You can add your own observations as a text note.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Open the original and check the data. You can correct or delete any extracted value. AI answers can also be inaccurate: discuss medical decisions with your doctor.

Can we manage our parents’ records together?

Yes. Create a relative’s record and invite the people you want to share it with. They can see only selected records and can add and correct data. Your own record stays private.

Does my doctor need an account?

No. A summary opens through a separate link without an account. You choose its expiry, can revoke the link or download the summary as a PDF.

Can I delete my data?

You can delete documents, notes and relatives’ records in the app. In the current beta, we delete your own record and account on request to hello@selera.health. Details and retention periods are on the privacy page.

Where is my data stored and who processes it?

The main database and files are stored in the EU. Data is sent to Anthropic for extraction and explanations; that processing may happen outside the EU. Read more on the Privacy and your data.
