It started with my own family

I wanted to keep better track of my health and make it easier to help my mum and dad. That’s how Selera began.

I’m building Selera for myself, my family and people who know this problem.

I want to take better care of my health. I also help my mum and dad manage theirs: keeping track of lab results, doctor visits and prescriptions.

Organising all of this has always been inconvenient. As medical documents accumulated, I wanted one place to see the whole history, changes over time and what needed to happen next.

So I decided to build an app. First for myself, and then for other people who also want to understand their health history better and help their loved ones.

Selera brings documents and notes together in a personal health record. It helps you see changes in lab results and prepare a summary for your doctor. I want everyday care for our health to take less effort.

You can check the facts

Information extracted from a document stays linked to the original. Notes you write are labelled as yours. You can correct anything the AI misread.

You control access

Your own record is private. You choose who can access relatives’ records. A doctor summary has a separate link that you can revoke.

Medical decisions belong with your doctor

AI helps organise and explain information. Its answers can contain mistakes, so diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with your doctor.

You can write to me

Have a question, a suggestion or something that doesn’t work well? Write to me. Feedback helps me make Selera more useful. You don’t need to send medical documents with your message.
